Create a Box Checklist!
In a notebook, make a list of numbers (1 through however many boxes you have), and then note where each box should go and what is in it next to the number. Then, make sure to label the boxes with the correct numbers. Give a copy of your list to your movers, and they'll have no questions about where things should go, and when the move is over, you'll be able to confirm that all of your boxes were delivered by going through the rooms and comparing the boxes to your checklist. And on the rare occasion that one is missing, you'll know exactly which box, and exactly what items didn't make it!
Here's an example of what your list could look like:
Box 1: Master Bedroom, jewelry
Box 2: Living Room, books
Box 3: Kids' Room, stuff animals
And on and on!
