Moving Day

My son was moving out of our family home and his father and I could not help him move on our own! That boy is a pack rat, let me tell ya. We called our local moving company in Fairfax VA for assistance and we are so glad we did. It made the process a heck of a lot smoother!

Back Up and Running!

I love running, I've done it competitively and for my own personal enjoyment. I prefer long distance running because I truly enjoy the scenery. My knee's and shins started to hurt more and more and I unfortunately had to stop running. I missed it so much and had no idea what to do with my time!

I called my local sports medicine in Pasadena CA for help and they got me back on my feet! I feel even better than before!!
